TMPG allows you to do anything when authoring a DVD except for adding subtitles - which is probably the most difficult thing you can do in DVD authoring. In fact it's pretty seamless while the software opens and the only clue is a little splash screen occasionaly saying that your license is being renewed - it really isn't an issue.
